3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Requirements

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Creator Partnerships

4.1 Partnership Terms

Creators who partner with us agree to:

  • Grant us necessary rights to manage and monetize their content
  • Comply with platform policies of Kwai, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Maintain professional standards in content creation
  • Fulfill contractual obligations regarding content delivery and live streaming schedules
  • Participate in training and development programs as required

4.2 Revenue Sharing

Revenue sharing terms will be specified in individual partnership agreements. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and deductions as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SuShu MCN or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

5.2 Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant us necessary licenses to distribute, promote, and monetize such content across partnered platforms. The specific terms of these licenses are outlined in individual partnership agreements.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
  • Create content that violates platform policies
  • Engage in fraudulent activities or scams

7. Content Standards and Guidelines

All content must comply with:

  • Platform community guidelines (Kwai, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Local laws and regulations in operating markets
  • Our internal content quality standards
  • Brand safety requirements for commercial partnerships

8. Payment Terms

8.1 For Creators

Payment schedules, methods, and revenue sharing percentages are specified in individual partnership agreements. Payments are typically made on a monthly basis, subject to minimum payout thresholds.

8.2 For Services

For paid services, all fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of platform policies
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Non-performance of contractual obligations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuShu MCN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuShu MCN, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
